Review content:
The people over at Service Specialties were very thorough in every aspect of our interaction with them. Throughout the whole process from getting a quote for a new heating unit to the actual installation, these guys explained every detail to us and answered any and all of our questions and concerns. When we were shopping around, we felt that these guys gave us more honest answers than their competitors, and we felt like they were not trying to over sell us. They really wanted to get us what we needed and not just what they wanted. When they came over to do the installation, the technicians were very conscientious about not dragging dirt into the house which we really appreciated. Our heating system is working great and we are very happy with these guys, and I would definitely recommend them if you need a new heating system!
