Great Team - Great Service - Great Company !!! We contracted with SSI to replace our entire HVAC system (3 zones) both AC and Furnance, HWH, Home Humifier, and UV Lights. As a consumer, I'm always concerned about sales reps over promises and installation team under delivering. Clearly, SSI exceeded our expectations. Sales rep (Bill Blair) was extremely professional and was very respectful when doing the initial inspection and drafting the contract. Followed by the installation team (led by Brendon and Jose) who did a fantastic job on the installation. Had a couple of follow up items and the company was super responsive to address after signing off on job. I highly recommend this HVAC company. Simply a great experience and I will be a repeat customer. My THANKS to SSI Team - Outstanding Job!
