Plumbing Work; Lou, Jeff, Mike, Rafi 12/2/2017

Jeff and the crew of Rafi and Mike worked diligently on a very difficult task of re-piping and completing a three day 'rebuild' of my hot and cold water piping in the house. Lou laid out the plans on day one and two and the final day was completed without a hitch. A new sewer line, designed by Lou, was completed perfectly by Jeff and crew. What an incredible bunch of people, warm, friendly, accommodating, nice and very neat. They even vacuumed up the debri areas. I feel as if each of them is family. Happy Holidays to a wonderful group of guys!! more

Lou and the Crew from Russo Bro. & Co. 11/30/2017

Lou and the crew from Russo Bro. & Co worked together to upgrade and fix many issues in my home from water leaks to gas leaks. Everyone was very pleasant, prompt on the job and fun to interact with. After three days with me in my house I truly felt each one of them was family. Lou was masterful at organization and everyone stayed on task. Great job! Thank you! more

New Sink Faucet 11/28/2017

I was having problems with my 18 year old kitchen sink faucet. It was loose because the retaining nut was broken. I called Russo Brothers to repair it. Joe C was the technician. He told me that the existing water lines were old and not-industry standard, therefore, if they were broken during the removal they would have to order them special. I thought about it and finally decided to replace the faucet altogether, recognizing how old the existing one was. Joe C's work was very professional and he did an excellent job uninstalling the old faucet and replacing it with the new one. He was very good at helping me understand each issue and step, and I was very happy with his work. If the rating system was just for Joe C's work, I would have given this review 5 stars. However, my only complaint is with Russo Brother's prices. Given the retail cost of the new faucet and the amount of labor spent installing it, it was overly expensive (as were other projects in which I called Russo Brothers in the past). more

Excellent Customer Service & Expertise 11/16/2017

Art from Russo Bros. recently installed a new dishwasher for me. In the process he brought to my attention that the immediate water shutoff valve that controlled the water flow to the appliance was damaged. Had I just have the appliance store that I bought the dishwasher from do the installation, they would not have spotted or even cared that I had this issue. Precisely why I value and trust Russo Bros. for all of my home plumbing and heating needs. I wasn't about to have the appliance store do the installation. Art is always patient, courteous and always does a great job. A couple of years back, he installed a brand new Toto toilet in my guest half bathroom and his service for that job was likewise, impeccable. Thank you Art and thank you Russo Bros.! Incredibly pleasant technician, called first, gave expected time of arrival, arrived on time, put booties on each time he entered the house, explained everything he did either as he did it or during a very thorough rundown post-servicing (with pictures!) A great experience all around - professionalism like this is hard to find these days. more

Anthony C. Was simply fantastic! Anthony did an amazing job and explained to me every single part of the job and answered all my questions with complete understandable answers. He even tagged all my water shut off valves ,so if i ever have any problems , I will know just what to do. I cannot say enough how wonderful a feeling to know , you’re all set for winter in NJ. Great Plumber but Showed up Late 9/26/2017

I had a clogged toilet. The plumber, Nick, who came was great. He took care of the problem quickly and also tested my toilet for leaks. I gave them one star since the receptionist said he would be here in the morning and they called to tell me the tech was running late and he did not come until the afternoon. more

Plumbing 7/31/2017

Russo Bros. were very easy to contact and were available when we needed immediate service. Chris was very professional - very tidy in the work area and while walking through the house, he explained exactly what the problem was and gave us options to fix it. He was very nice too which helped soften the blow when the job went from what we thought was a simple back up to needing to change out pipes and a toilet. We have used them twice now and will continue to use them in the future too. more
