Art from Russo Bros. recently installed a new dishwasher for me. In the process he brought to my attention that the immediate water shutoff valve that controlled the water flow to the appliance was damaged. Had I just have the appliance store that I bought the dishwasher from do the installation, they would not have spotted or even cared that I had this issue. Precisely why I value and trust Russo Bros. for all of my home plumbing and heating needs. I wasn't about to have the appliance store do the installation. Art is always patient, courteous and always does a great job. A couple of years back, he installed a brand new Toto toilet in my guest half bathroom and his service for that job was likewise, impeccable. Thank you Art and thank you Russo Bros.!
