Review content:
I was having problems with my 18 year old kitchen sink faucet. It was loose because the retaining nut was broken. I called Russo Brothers to repair it. Joe C was the technician. He told me that the existing water lines were old and not-industry standard, therefore, if they were broken during the removal they would have to order them special. I thought about it and finally decided to replace the faucet altogether, recognizing how old the existing one was.
Joe C's work was very professional and he did an excellent job uninstalling the old faucet and replacing it with the new one. He was very good at helping me understand each issue and step, and I was very happy with his work. If the rating system was just for Joe C's work, I would have given this review 5 stars.
However, my only complaint is with Russo Brother's prices. Given the retail cost of the new faucet and the amount of labor spent installing it, it was overly expensive (as were other projects in which I called Russo Brothers in the past).
