Great Plumber but Showed up Late 9/26/2017

I had a clogged toilet. The plumber, Nick, who came was great. He took care of the problem quickly and also tested my toilet for leaks. I gave them one star since the receptionist said he would be here in the morning and they called to tell me the tech was running late and he did not come until the afternoon. more

Thank you for your feedback. We are happy to hear that you were pleased with our technician Nick and the service that he provided in your home. We apologize that our technician was a bit behind schedule. From time to time our technicians do get caught up on their previous jobs, however we always notify our clients if we are going to be arriving a bit later than expected.
