We had a water leak under our kitchen sink. Joe C. had to replace a defective strainer in our kitchen sink installed by another technician. He took the time to explain why the original part failed and was very informative. He also corrected some smaller problems with the kitchen plumbing without additional charges. more

Emergency Service 3/19/2018

These guys were great. Of the 3 plumbers I called to get my system running again, they were the only ones that answered on the first time. They came when they said, Chris explained the whole situation, gave me the quote and fixed the problem. Also, he gave me a quote on what would happen if the issue persists. These guys will be my first call if I have another issue. more

Great Technician & Wonderful Work 2/14/2018

Raul has come to my home twice. The first time to fix a leaky pipe and today (2/13/18) to install a water heater. Both times he did a great job. He fully explained the work before and after he completed it. He is a very nice, polite & professional young man. I wouldn't hesitate to call Russo Bros. again for any of my plumbing needs. Also, I would be happy to recommend Raul and Russo Bros. to my friends when they are in need of a plumber. more

Toilet Repair 1/9/2018

Job was done in a timely manner and service person explained and showed me exactly what need to be done. The area was cleaned up to my satisfaction. Service person did come out on a bad weather day. more

Nick C came on site to do a heating inspection When he discovered the heat was not working properly upstairs he was able to procure parts for my boiler which were hard to find. The issue was fixed in a matter of hours. more

Quality Experience 12/25/2017

Recently called Russo Brothers because my water was not working at. After some investigation they figured out that the town had inexplicably turned off my water the day before without leaving a note or contacting me. They chased the issue all the way up to the CEO of the water company who got a tech out right away. Joe C was on site and would not leave until it was fixed. Although they were on site for a while they only charged me a nominal amount. Was a great experience. more
