Excellent Service 9/7/2018

I've used Russo Bros. multiple times and on each occasion have been impressed by the quality of their service and professionalism. Art, the technician, carefully diagnosed the issue and fully explained the options and pricing to fix it. Once I decided on the option, the necessary parts where delivered and Art made the repair quickly and neatly....it looks better now than before I had the problem. Also, the person who scheduled the appointment was very courteous and the call with the technician's name and ETA was much appreciated. Thank you! more

This was my first time using Russo Bros. The customer service experience was excellent from the time I called to schedule an appointment until the technician corrected the problem. Was was extremely impressed with my technician, Anthony C., who was very polite and professional and kept me informed of all the work being performed and the cost of the repairs. Will definitely use them again! more

He has done work at both my home and my daughter's home and both times I was pleased with the service. He is very easy to work with and an excellent plumber. Great service and quick to respond 4/13/2018

I recently found a leak in my basement coming from my tub on the first floor. Not having any clue how to fix the issue, I called Russo bros to come have a look. Mike I and his partner explained what the issue was, what their plan was to fix it and gave me an estimate on timing before starting any work. I was thrilled with how quickly the work was done and was pleased with the work itself. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of plumbing work. more
