Russo Bros. were very easy to contact and were available when we needed immediate service. Chris was very professional - very tidy in the work area and while walking through the house, he explained exactly what the problem was and gave us options to fix it. He was very nice too which helped soften the blow when the job went from what we thought was a simple back up to needing to change out pipes and a toilet. We have used them twice now and will continue to use them in the future too.
