My "experience" yesterday was exceptional. Everyone I interacted with made me feel as though I was the only one in the salon; when it was clearly extremely busy. Diane is a consummate professional! As a stylist, she is the best of the best. Prior to coming to Rumors, I always had my hair cut in NYC while traveling for work. Now, I schedule Diane into my travel schedule to ensure I get the style / trim / cut that I am looking for. Moreover, she is so personable that DIANE makes an appointment an experience! Previously, when I would make an appointment for a hair trim or style at other salons, it was "30 minutes or so" out of my day. When I schedule an appointment with Diane at Rumors, I lose track of time! Point being, that with a very hectic schedule that I live by, it is awesome to have 30 minutes where you step away from the hustle and bustle of one's day! Vanessa was sweet and a great addition to Rumors! Wishing Rumor's continued success!
