Was totally soaked by the hairdresser on my last visit, water all down my back. Very cold day outside, couldn't leave wet. Was embarassed as well. She made it sound like it was my fault - I expected her to be the professional, I am the client paying top dollar. Please remind each to pay attention to the details, don't spray the face or soak the back.
