I was told you have a policy that if you don't like your hair or if something is wrong with it you have to come back in within a two week period that needs to be posted so clients can see it and not just hear it through word of mouth. Also, stylists need to be clear on prices when quoting them to clients so there is no confusion and the client knows the total amount they will be paying for a service PRIOR to receiving it!!! Again post your policies this is very important. Also, can you have more snacks besides cookies?egg rolls or little hot hordoures wwould be nice!!! Thank you
