(Plumber/Cleveland)\r Our basement drain trap needed to be replaced. Technician Phil, #1695 diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He did an excellent job.

Wonderful Outcome 8/19/2010

Steve came and fixed our problem of our new sink not draining. We had 4 previous persons come out and they were unable to solve our problem, but Steve kept at it and figured it out. He was most persistent, very polite and courteous and a joy to have in our home. He also cleaned the sink so it sparkled. Someone we would not hesitate to call again and refer him to others. more

Sunday Night Service 8/2/2010

I called Sunday night and spoke with a very courteous woman. The service technician, Dan #2272, showed up pretty quickly and was able to figure out what was going on. He gave me some good advice on how to prevent a backed-up kitchen sink from happening again and had the work done very quickly. The pricing was up front, too, which I like. more

Bath Tub Drained Quickly Steven Tech #107 July 30, 2010 8/1/2010

Thursday while taking a quick shower ,I noticed the water simply would not go down, it was as if though I were standing in a bath. I bought some drain cleaner from the hardware store and the problem cleared up after using almost half of the bottle. The next morning the shower had a back up of water once again. I called Roto-Rooter and someone was able to come out that very same day. I actually had to postpone the time they gave me as I was not home at the time I made the call. The tech quickly assessed the problem, began to work and the tub drained. I did buy the product sold by Roto- Rooter which I was advised to use once per month for now on and I will. Three days have passed since the service and the problem has not occurred again. Believe me if I run into the problem again, I will write a review on the product because the cost of my service and the product was not inexpensive! Pros: Worker was professional and friendly. more

No one likes to pay the high prices of a professional plumber, except when you receive excellant service. I called early Tuesday morning the 07/27/2010 and by 8AM Bill was at my door. He accessed the situation, told me what was needed, and explained each step of the process. more

Roto-rooter 7/17/10 7/17/2010

We had called Roto-rooter about a driveway drain and downspout drain that were not draining properly. Phill came out to give it a look. He looked it over, explained what he wanted to do then gave us an estimate for the job. We said go ahead at which time he went to workin the vey hot sun I might add. He explained whart he was doing when I asked questions and was very thorough. I hung around and watched and found it very interesting to see what the camera showed as he checked our drains after running the snake through it. He did a very good job, very thorough and spent aobut an hour to an hour and a half to get the job done. He then went back over what he had done and cleaned up. A very well done job. We will use them again if need be, hope not, no offense Phil. more

Roto-Rooter of Cleveland offered to send a plumber out to my house the same day I called. I had an appointment the next day and the plumber, Al, was right on time. He was very professional, explained my options, quoted me a reasonable price. He said he could install a waterheater that same day. He was in and out in less than 3 hours and did a great job. He explained how the unit worked and the warranty that accompanied it. Al even left the area cleaner than when he arrived. more

On July 13 2010 our Roto-Rooter plumber was John 2723 and we had requested him for our plumbing repair because of our satisfaction with his work on a previous occasion. \r \r As expected, John arrived promptly at our designated service time. He quickly assessed the problem with our toilet flow, explained our options and gave a reliable estimate on the cost of correcting the problem. He then proceeded to fix the plumbing issue and in addition offered us some valuable (requested) advice on possible future upgrades to our other bathroom. \r \r John is prompt, efficient, honest and works in a clean and professional manner. I would recommend him for plumbing services to anyone. He is also a truly likable person. more

Roto-Rooter John 2723 Great Plumber 7/15/2010

We requested John 2723 for our plumbing emergency (July 13 2010) because this excellent professional had come to our aid on a previous occasion for a different problem. As in the previous event, John arrived promptly at the appointed time. He quickly assessed the low flow issue with the toilet in our guest bathroom, explained the problem, and provided a reliable estimate of the costs to correct the issue. He answered all our questions too and then proceeded to correct the problem working in a clean and professional manner. Afterword he offered some valuable (requested) advice on a potential upgrade to our other bathroom. John is a true professional plumber and in addition he is a very likable individual. Brian from the willow parkway office was great. On time, friendly, explaining all of the procedures that were necessary to keep my basement from flooding. Explained each step of the way and answered all my crazy question after I was nervous about my basement flooding.
