Roto-Rooter Plumbers July 12, 2010 7/13/2010

My husband and I were so pleased with the repair/replacement of our nearly 100 year old main sewer line. Technician Phil and his helper were able to complete the job in one day. They hauled away the debris of the old cast iron pipes and cemented the floor over where they had to remove some of the old floor to get to the pipes. We feel that this repair/replacement of our sewer line\r increased the value of our century home. Thank you, Roto-Rooter! more

My husband and I bought a first house about a month ago. We started having problems with the drain in the basement and we where at a loss. We had no idea what to do. My husband and are are so happy that Mike #229 came by and was able to fix it. I was at work worried about it all while my husband was at home with Mike #229 and called me to tell me that it was fixed. Mike told my husband that he would put his heart and soul in getting this fixed for us and he did! He did a great job and I would not use no other plumber other than Mike, Thanks Mike for your had work! It is greatly appreciated. more

Quick and professional service 7/10/2010

The drain to our only bathtub was clogged and we had not showered in over a day. I called four other plumbers before Roto-Rooter, none of which would come out on a Saturday. When I called Roto-Rooter, I was greeted by a friendly person who expressed empathy and was eager to help. She told me a plumber would be out in an hour! Sure enough, Bryan showed up within the hour. He was courteous and knowledgeable, not pressuring us to do more than what we needed. He found the problem quickly, fixed the problem, and was out in less than an hour. We were thankful to be able to shower again. It was a little more of a hit to our bank account than we would have liked, but I guess it's true that you get what you pay for. Pros: Professional, knowledgeable, quick,job done right (on a Sat) Cons: seemed a little pricey more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers - 7/2/10 7/5/2010

I just came home from having knee surgery and could not walk. Some relatives were kind enough to cook for me, but not knowing the house, accidentally put some potato skins through the garbage disposal. This backed up the sinks and caused a huge mess and made the kitchen sink unusable. I had them call Roto Rooter for a plumber located in Cleveland. Roto Rooter had a plumber to my house within an hour and the plumber (Dennis - 2387) fixed everything within forty minutes. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and courteous. This was so helpful since I could not walk. Dennis went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of. I would recommend Dennis and Roto Rooter for future problems. more

Exceptional Customer Service & Work done 7/4/2010

I had a little water in the basement on 6/28/2010 so I called Roto-Rooter that morning and they were out within a hour of my call. Dennis arrived, analysed the situation, thoroughly explained the problem and what he could do to correct it. He answered all my questions in laymans terms so I fully understood the entire proceedure. Dennis was very professional but never pressured me on anything. Great Servive 7/3/2010

Al (#703) came to my house shortly after I called to clear a clogged sewer drain after a back up in my basement. Besides being friendly, knowledgeable and quick, the service was way cheaper than I would have thought. To make sure everything was all good he ran his cctv camera down the drain to inspect it. The service tech who came to my home, Keith, did an excellent job. He arrived on time, explained everything cost related up front and worked to resolve the issue for 3 1/2 hours without adding anything additional to the bill. They are fantastic! The sewer line in my house was completely clogged and John (2723) got everything fixed the same day including snaking the rest of the drains in my house. He was extremely courteous and helpful. He explained everything I need to know. I now have my go-to plumber. more

Our kitchen sink drain stopped working and a plumber was needed. We called Roto-Rooter in Cleveland and Dennis #2837 arrived in an hour, even thought it was a Saturday. He was very professional and solved the problem in no time. We opted for the Whole House special and he serviced the two bathrooms and garage drain. more
