(Plumber/Cleveland)\r Our basement drain trap needed to be replaced. Technician Phil, #1695 diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He did an excellent job.

Broken Toilet 6/18/2010

We had problems with a leaking toilet at a time when my husband was recovering from a broken ankle. John 2723 came when expected and got the job done in no time at all. During his visit we discovered that we had no water due to a broken water main. John gave us helpful information to deal with the aftermath of that problem too. more

Good service, great plumber 6/11/2010

Had a backed up shower with drainage that overflowed into a separate bathtub. Called them to help fix the clog. I was originally told that someone was immediately sent... and then an hour later was called to say that there was no one available. After some questioning, I found out that the original plumber's truck broke down. When the plumber did come (which was really only about 3 hours after the original call), he was polite, knowledgeable and professional. Took care of the problem and was on his way within the hour. Jason 960 and Larry answered the initial call and were very professional and diligent in verifying our problem. They literally spent hours figuring out what needed to be done. Once the decision was made Jason 960 and Andy 1897 along with John and Scott returned on March 4, 2010 to repair the broken pipes in the basement and front yard. They were careful of a bush in the front by where they were digging and I really appreciated that care. They were once again extremely professional. Larry was a master with the back hoe. The job was done quickly and efficiently considering that the entire front yard pipe was being replaced. We were impressed with the speed of response and how easy and friendly all the guys were to work with. Roto-Rooter has always been there when we needed them. Hopefully, we won't need them quite so much anymore. more

I wanted to say that the gentleman arrived at my house extremely prompt arriving within an hour from the time I called. He was able to repair everything that I needed repaired in a timely manner. He was impressively polite and very helpful. As a senior citizen on my own I need to know that I can call on a company such as Roto-Rooter and know that they will be reliable. I had a backed up toilet. John 2723 from Roto-Rooter came and gave me an estimate. I originally told him I was going to go with someone else. John told me he would discount the rate to make it competetive with the other company. John did everything he could to go the less expensive route to fix the problem. He did a great job and finished within an hour. \r more

Excellent, quick, friendly service! 12/6/2009

We had a problem with our kitchen drain over the weekend and after we tried (and failed) to fix it ourselves we called Roto Rooter. They were at our house within 30 minutes! The plumber (Joe) was extremely nice and informative and fixed our problem in about 20 minutes. It's difficult spending that kind of money but he said there was no extra Sunday charge and our drains are working much better now. Thanks! Pros: Fast, Professional more

My primary services technician Ken(928) came to my house in the middle of the evening well after work hours and unclogged my bathroom sink and the kitchen sink. He showed me what my problem was and fixed. Plus, he gave me a fair estimate that would totally solve my plubbing problem which I believe will help my situation for years to come. more

the service technician, Jason (#960), was polite and friendly. He knew what to check and where to look. He was efficient and worked hard. This was rental property and we are in Omaha,NE. Jason took the inspection video home and used his personal Internet resources to send us the inspection video that night so we could view it even though we were 800 miles away. When he found out that I was a computer systems specialist he was interested in finding better ways to send the videos. Roto-Rooter should give him a raise! \r Pros: Excellent Service Cons: they charge for it more
