My basement flooded during the rain storms on May 14, 2011....I live in Cleveland. The sewers backed up! I called Roto-Rooter and within 2 hours(which I feel was good, being that there were alot of people with the same problem that day) Mike #229 the plumber was there to snake out the drain. Mike has to be Roto-Rooters best employee! His customer service skills are excellent! I was so upset when he arrived and he went right to work. He talked to me, not at me. He did more than he had to.........as I am a care giver for my ill parents, he made sure the hot water tank also came back on before he left. He also referred a excellent company, to do the cleaning as there is no way that I could have done it myself. That Company is Core. They are excellent also.
