I had water backing up in the basement when the major flood hit the area. I called Roto-Rooter, They had a man on the site within two hours searching for the cause. He asked for additional help and they responded quickly. Phil(3560) water jetted and located the broken and blocked pipe, A crew was sent out to dig up and replace the broken pipe, in a highly landscaped area. They did a great job of saving and replacing the landscape With little damaged. to the area. Dan advised me to have a sump pump installed in the basement. They Send Phil(1695) & Derik(2908),
these two worked under poor conditions during another storm and where very professional and it showed they had many years of experience, and had pride in their work. Yes, I will call them again, if I need a plumber!
