I called roto-rooter after I noticed water in the basement around 6pm and they send a professional to look at it. He came around 7pm and went to the basement. It was visible that the floor drain caused the water backup so he explained the issue and gave me an estimate to run a cable with cutters etc. It was very cold outside but he still worked until 10pm and made sure that I'm happy with the service he provided. It cost me $265 but to me it worth much more than that. Since he didn't find anything big he suggested me to get it checked by city and/or get a view with a camera if there's any other issue. He has also helped me contact some comapanies who will do the cleaning work. He broke a cap outside when trying to locate the clearing but promised to replace it for free tomorrow. I'm very pleased with his service and give him 10 out of 10.\r
