My wife and i called for a plumber to come out to our house here in Cleveland hoping to get a fix to an ongoing problem. Unfortunately that didnt happen. Our technician John #3623 was sub par to say the least for a service technician. It started as soon as he stepped out of the van with his floor savers ALREADY ON, then proceeded to come through our house from the outside. He gave two options to fix the problem without even walking anywhere else but to the toilet. He did get the drain cleared for the night, but left the mess behind that he created, and used a good half a roll of toilet paper, thanks for that. Non the less the bill was paid, the next morning the toilet is still clogged. I am in the in house service business as a heating and air technician and I am not impressed, especially for the money that was just wasted.
