I needed a plumber in Cleveland to look into why the basement drain was going extremely slow.
The service man determined the trap was broken, and came back the following night to fix it. He was thorough and also checked the front yard sewer line as things still didn't seem 100% and found roots there, so he had me call the county to fix that as it's a free service.
The only complaint is that he said he was going to come back to check the sewer line after the city was here to make sure they got it, and also check a leak I had in my bathroom, but he never returned....
