I live in a double and I have been having some issues with very slow drains. In the basement there was a pool of water and a couple of days ago the upstairs toilet was causing the downstairs toilet to back up and overflow...disgusting!!!!!! I called Roto-Rooter and they had someone out to my home within the hour...awesome! The plumber that came out in the Cleveland, OH area was great from beginning to end. He was courteous and cleaned up after himself. He even gave me a few maintenance tips that could possible save me from another emergency call!! I was very pleased and will calll Roto-Rooter again and request the same plumber!!!
