It was late Friday afternoon when I returned home to find that the drain line going from our kitchen sink was plugged. I did what I was supposed to do, I plunged it like a mad man until I noticed about 5 gallons of water all over the floor in my laundry room. I thought I was doing good plunging only to find out I just redirected the water somewhere else?. Now it is 5 pm and I figured I need help so I made a call to Roto-Rooter. Since it was afterhours they had to dispatch my call to a service tech and they told me someone should be calling me back in no more than 30 minutes. About 10 minutes passed and I received a call from their service tech, Paul. He arrived at my house 30 minutes later and cleared my issue. What a great thing to go from panic to relief in just over two hours?.. Thanks Roto-Rooter and thank you Paul?. Awesome experience.
