I came home from work after a 12-hour exhausting day. I was met with the news from one of our little girls that "when I turn the water on in the shower, the water in the potty is going bloop, bloop, bloop." As I tried to determine the cause of such sights and sounds, it became apparent that our drainage system was clogged. When I called Roto-Rooter, the person with whom I spoke was very courteous and immediately set us up for someone to come out to our house that night sometime before 10:30 PM. Needing to get to bed earlier, I had to cancel and reschedule for the next morning. She was very understanding. The person came the next morning while I was at work and my wife and kids were home. My wife stated that the plumber was very efficient, kind, honest about what was wrong, and how much it would cost to repair. He did the work quickly, and I came home to flushing toilets and draining showers. What a great company, especially knowing that they could have had someone out here late at nigh
