Answered phone promptly and set a time when the plumber would arrive. They called me to update me when it appeared he would be a bit late, and then let me know just when he would arrive, which was not much delayed at all. Very well handled. The plumber, Victor, was courteous and solved our problem. Repair to one toilet cost $383, which seems like a lot, but don't get this done very often, so not sure - just putting it out there for comparison.
