I can not say enough about the service I received from Hal at Roto-Rooter. It was my sons birthday and my toilet overflowed and I called my regular plumber who was busy. I then called Roto-Rooter who was out to my house in approx 90 minutes. At one point my bathroom and hallway had about an inch of sewer water in them. After finding two cleanouts in my yard, Hal determined the line was being blocked by roots. He not only spoke with the city about it, but got them to do work when they arrived after many excuses about how they couldn't. He cleaned out every drain, fixed a broken sink stopper and still was very aware of my sons birthday party and did an excellent job of staying out of the way. He apologized several times about disrupting the party. My son and his guests hardly knew Hal was there. My old plumber is history.
