I had Roto-Rooter service on 2/19/13 at my house to unclog my kitchen sink. The service technician, Eddie Garcia, did the job in an orderly and professional manner. He assured me that the sink drain would be unclogged. Prior to Roto-Rooter, I had another plumbing company try unsuccessfully to do the work. Only to have them tell me, the work needed would be more extensive and costly. Bottom line-Eddie successfully unclogged my sink, saved me a lot of money, and lots of residual cleanup work. I am a professional engineer (retired). I am very familiar with plumbing (hydraulics and chemistry). Eddie explained the process he was using. I knew immediately that he was competent, experienced, and knowledgeable. \r
