I have used Roto-Rooter on a couple different occastions and they are always on time, extremely courteous and take the time to explain the problem and what needs to be done to correct it. I trust them completely. My most recent call was yesterday and I had a pressure valve that three other plumbers had looked at and said I needed to replace the whole valve. Roto-Rooter came out, looked at it and tried a couple things to loosen the valve so it could turn and adjust my pressure. It worked beautifully. He then checked my pressure and we checked to make sure my sprinkler system that I have not been able to use for almost a year was working perfectly and the house pressure was nowhere close to too high. Roto-Rooter did it again and I will definitely call them the next time too!
