As promised the company called about 30 minutes in advance to let me know a tech was on the way. Josh arrived as expected. He informed me of his plan and access requirements, then set right to work, and was done ahead of schedule. As requested, he provided information on 3 system enhancements. Josh was courteous and efficient! I was very pleased with the service call. more

repaired master bath cold & hot faucet, also replaced kitchen faucet. Kitchen faucet was pulled cleaned and put back. It now works better than it ever has, do not know what Shawn found that no one else did. Water pressure is wonderful now. more

Mr. Dustin Schulz did a great job on going over the details of the first time service check on our cooling system. Dustin may be one the Best Customer Service Employees that Roth Heating has ! We were having Buyers Remorse after having Roth Heating replace a 30 year old Lennox Pulse Furnace, (which we Loved), with one of their own, ...We were Very Disappointed with the Way the new furnace was Installed. We Also had Issues with our older AC unit after the installation of the new furnace and it seemed that Dustin was the Only one who came out to try and Fix the problems instead of Poo, Pooing the situation and try pushing a new AC onto us. Instead, Dustin Found & Fixed Several Issues with that install and likewise, He also Found & Fixed the issues of our older AC unit. Yes, it took some Time for Dustin to Inspect & Fix Our Problems but that is Why we pay $19.00 a month to be a Roth Heating Service Club Member, ...We need Service of Our products !! Attention to Detail makes for a Good install but if there is a Rush then it seems Dustin is there to Soothe the Savage Brow of the homeowners !!! Thanks to Roth Heating for Allowing Dustin the Time & Training it takes to Help Out Home Owners like Us ! Dustin is Our Roth Service Man for the Foreseeable Future !! Thank You Dustin !!! Austin Bennett was out today for our quarterly tune up. He was on time, efficient, friendly and effectively explained what he was going to do and what he found after completing the service. He made some recommendations of things to watch for because of the age of our air handler and answered all my questions. I asked him to check the tilt on our heat pump to insure it wasn’t placing undue pressure on the coolant lines. It appears it was within manufacturers specs but called and got me a quote to level the heat pump if I chose to do so. more

Josh was a great help to our heating situation. He was very thorough with his trouble shooting process which was great since it was a small wire that shorted out the system. In NO time, Josh had isolated the culprit and was completed in no time. Josh answered all my questions with a positive helpful dialog. His professional demeanor and deportment with reference to our furnace issues was a thorough class act. Brett was very patient with our numerous questions, while at the same time he went out of his way to assist us with the future needs in this field for our home. Like a true professional Brett Albright was very helpful with reference our future health related air purity issues connected to both heating and cooling of a large home like ours. I can truly say after 26 years in management field Brett Albright is the type of professional people person I would have been proud to recruit to be part of our staff.
