We used Roth to install a Lennox 6 years ago and have been unhappy with the whole process. We have had issues with the heat pump yearly, turns out they installed it wrong so some...

new a/c unit 7/6/2018

I have been a customer of ROTH's for many years . Every tech has been a delight to deal with and the replacement of my A/C unit was flawless . Tim came the week before , revived my old dead unit as best he could at no extra cost , and then helped speed up the replacement process . Richard L. Howe more

Anthony precisely diagnosed the cause of the repeated problem I was having with my thermostat and made the repair in an efficient manner. It now works, Anthony was also the first Roth representative to succinctly and clearly explain the cost benefit to joining the service club. I really appreciate Anthony's knowledge and helpfulness to make sure all was working properly. more

Excellent job on new water heaters 5/7/2018

Stan S. and Ryan K., put in two new water heaters for us... One was a standard tank type gas and the other was a gas tankless which required some new exhaust venting and plumbling plus removal of the two old units. WoW !! They did a great job. The work was excellent, took less time then they estimated (underpromised and overdelivered!!) and did an overall super job. The double checked all fittings, ran tests, and gave us a good showing of how to operate and if something happens where to trouble shoot in the remote possibility it happens. Overall extremely pleased. We're calling Roth again whenever we need plumbers, electricians or HVAC work !!! more

Air conditioning install 5/2/2018

Jason B from Roth heating just installed an air conditioning unit in my home, in 2016 he also installed a new heating system as well,both jobs were done in a very professional manner and am happy with his work and attitude, would use him again anytime. Thanks, Jason Klaas more

Chris Fisher was very thorough in his "tune up" on our system. He was also helpful in his instruction of the filters and how to install them. I would have given him 5 stars if he had had the correct filter. Thanks Chris !! more

Great Service !! 4/26/2018

Zan A., was the electrical technician who came out to fix our broken smoke detector and malfunctioning can light.. He contacted prior to his arrival with eta so we would not need to worry about when he would show up, he got right down to the business of finding the problems, fixed them, and did it all in a very reasonable time and price. Plus he was super nice... Great experience !!! more

Attic install 4/5/2018

Kody C was a real pro. He had a very difficult install of a gas furnace for the upper floor of our home in a small crawl space above the master bathroom. Why the original contractor placed it there I cannot rationally explain but it took some real skill and perseverance to do the job. How Kody got the old unit out and the new one in is like something out of an action comic book. From my perspective he would be the perfect employee....calm and skilled. A five star job. more
