We used Roth to install a Lennox 6 years ago and have been unhappy with the whole process. We have had issues with the heat pump yearly, turns out they installed it wrong so some...

It was a pleasure to do business with the folks at Roth. Valerie was very helpful on my initial call and Josh Sprague took care of our issue quickly, efficiently, and with a smile when he executed our service call! The cost was less than what I expected and there was no pressure to upsell anything. They called when they said they would and showed up when they said they would and handled everything from start to finish in a very profesional manner. Thanks Roth! more

Annual heating maintenance 12/12/2018

Jared S. was the service tech who did the annual heating system maintenance checkup. Jared showed within the time range specified, checked out the heating system (which included cleaning the permanent filters) and also did a quick check of the heat pump. He made some recommendations and also made us aware of changes that will be required due to the gas used in the heat pump. Jared was very pleasant and very professional. I highly recommend Roth and Jared. more

Very helpful explanations 11/26/2018

Jared was very helpful after we had a low pressure switch issue. We were overdue for maintenance and he explained the advantages of the maintenance program. In addition to saving money on this visit, it will save money over time and will automate the timing on our maint calls, so we dont neglect our system in the future. He answered all my questions thoroughly, so I have a better understanding of the airflow and filtering. more

Furnace/AC Tune Up 11/21/2018

Roth's Heating recently did a precision tune up on the furnace and air conditioner we purchased last December. We found Austin to be knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. We appreciated that he was able to answer the numerous questions we had regarding the Nest thermostat we purchased when the new furnace was installed. more

Repairs by Tim S. - Roth Heating & Cooling 10/29/2018

Six days ago two carbon monoxide alarms went off in our home. Upon calling Roth they referred me immediately to contact NW Natural and report the alarms. A technician determined a faulty furnace was responsible. Roth sent Tim out to investigate and he was professional in his approach and his communication. He ordered replacement parts and upon receipt installed the new furnace heat exchanger and made other necessary repairs. All were covered under warranty. Tim also adjusted his work schedule to accommodate us, otherwise the repairs would have been delayed nine days. more
