Our entire family was very impressed with Brett Albright, the technician sent out by Roth Heating and cooling. His professional demeanor and deportment with reference to our furnace issues was a thorough class act. Brett was very patient with our numerous questions, while at the same time he went out of his way to assist us with the future needs in this field for our home. Like a true professional Brett Albright was very helpful with reference our future health related air purity issues connected to both heating and cooling of a large home like ours. I can truly say after 26 years in management field Brett Albright is the type of professional people person I would have been proud to recruit to be part of our staff.
