Austin Bennett was out today for our quarterly tune up. He was on time, efficient, friendly and effectively explained what he was going to do and what he found after completing the service. He made some recommendations of things to watch for because of the age of our air handler and answered all my questions. I asked him to check the tilt on our heat pump to insure it wasn’t placing undue pressure on the coolant lines. It appears it was within manufacturers specs but called and got me a quote to level the heat pump if I chose to do so.
