Great Service 9/25/2017

I have been on a contract with Roth Heating and Cooling now for a few years. In that time I have always had very friendly, competent staff and excellent communication with the service center. John H. Did a great job to set me up with a solution that I hope will meet my needs that I requested. Haven't used my new thermostat or remote yet. So, jury is still out. However, Roth and John H. have been first class service provider. Which seems to be hard to find these days, so when I have one that meets expectations they should be awarded for it. Hope this makes it's way to John as I believe he should be recognized in his own organization for his value he adds. more

Courtious and Timely service 8/27/2017

Thank you Oleg and Roth Heating and Cooling. I had an appointment for next week and when an opening came up for yesterday they called me and moved up my appointment to Saturday. I was happy to get the a/c check up in advance of the heatwave coming this week. Oleg was great. He was very communicative and explained everything he was doing as he went along and then reviewed his findings at the end. I'm very happy with their service and Oleg was great. more

Aaron Kavas from Roth Heating and Cooling was here at our home to do a semi annual cool check and I was very impressed with his attention to detail and professionalism. I always aske various technitions about the company they work for and Aaron was very complimentary of Roth's and how the train and treat their employees which is important to us. I would highly recommend Roth's and Aaron Kavas. more

Fast, professional service 8/5/2017

Nick M. and his coworkers from Roth were excellent in setting up our A/C this past week on the hottest days of the year! Garth is the gentleman who initially met with us to do a walk-through and give us a quote, and he was respectful and educated in knowing what was appropriate for our home. Despite leaving early due to the extreme heat, the installation team worked so fast and efficiently that it was of no consequence! My husband, our dogs, and I were very pleased at their polite service and friendly presentation of information. We highly recommend this team, as they have quality product and quality installation! more

Roth Heating and Cooling 7/26/2017

Sam L. and Brodie showed up on an 85 degree day to install air filtration systems in our attic and basement. They were extremely professional and courteous, even stopping to pet our dogs, during three hours of installation! They did a great job of explaining the system to us and left their work areas very clean. I highly recommend Roth and this team! more

Annual heating and A/C service 7/19/2017

Dan was prompt, knowledgeable, professional and thorough. He was respectful of our house and equipment. He explained exactly what he was doing and why. He fully outlined options and educated us on risks we had never considered...for example, value of household surge protection. The cost of service was exactly as projected. Will continue to do business with Roths and will ask for Dan in the future. more
