If you have a problem with your furnace, Tim Simmons is the man to call. Tim has intellectual curiosity and is a born problem solver. For him, each furnace repair appointment takes on the challenge of man versus machine ! We have an old Lennox GSR21Q unit that has stumped repairmen from other companies, but on two different occasions, Tim quickly managed to identify the problem, and fix it. Eastman Heating deserves to be congratulated for training an excellent team of technicians, and Tim is the star in their crown. more

Service Call 12/28/2016

Allen T arrived on time, assessed the situation, recommended a course of action, answered my questions and then proceeded with the work removing and realigning a drain/vent pipe into exterior wall. Work was completed as agreed upon, professional and efficient; work area cleaned up and is nowready for the next step of the project which requires a carpenter. more

propane fireplace service 12/1/2016

When our propane fireplace did not ignite we called Roth's ( aka Eastman Heating & Cooling) to come out to the farm and see what needed to be done and get it repaired as quickly as possible. Stewart had done a very thorough annual cleaning on it within several weeks previous. He called shortly before arriving at the farm to let us know that he was on his way; went right to work checking every possibility - even checking with the manufacturer as to proper log placement! All was in proper working order except that the thermostat, being original to the installation, was the issue and may eventually need to be replaced. Stewart suggested a way to over-ride it if need be. Stewart is a courteous, efficient, trust-worthy young man. He is knowledgeable of his job and took time to explain his findings and answer our many question. We were totally satisfied and pleased to have him - & Roth's Heating & Cooling - handle the issue which we were anxious to get fixed expeditiously. A big thank you from us!! We highly recommend the Eastman Heating & Cooling team! more

Fantastic Service! 9/1/2016

My experience with Roth was great from start to finish. I got a prompt visit despite their heavy schedule load do to the hot weather. My technician, Brett D, was extremely thorough, diagnosed my problem quickly, tested his theory to confirm, then discussed my options (and pros and cons) to repair or to replace our air conditioning system. I ultimately decided to repair. Brett returned in just a few days with ordered part and spent the good part of the day to make sure repair was holding as it should. I think the thing that stood out most in my experience is the care that Brett took to do a good job for us. I would recommend Roth to anyone. Thanks. more
