Roofing Co

In July I called and asked for an estimate to have my back door replaced, on July 13, 2011 Chuck came and looked at the door and said it would take him a few days to work up a price, at this time he also said he would check my roof and found that my vents & seals needed replaced and I was also missing some shingles. He wrote an estimate at this time and I agreed to it. On July 18, 2011 he called to say he needed to remeasure the door and also he had forgotten to get the deposit from me, once again saying he would be getting back to me in a few days with the door estimate. The roof repairs were done on August 12, 2011 and I have no complaint about the work that was done at this time. I also mentioned to the installer that I still hadn't received the estimate & he said he would remind him. I waited another week and once again called and was told that they would email me the estimate and also put me through to voice mail and I left a message, once again no response. Then September 7, I called once again & was told by the gentleman that I spoke to that he could find no record of me even though I was a repeat customer. He said he would have his service manager call as of 11:49 pm September 9, 2011 I have heard nothing. This is not the way to treat a repeat customer or any customer and I will certainly have nothing good to say about their service, more

From the beginning of the process to the end the roofing company did all they stated they would do. It started with the salesman who took me through the options and then allowed me to make a decision without pressure. They followed up with an email introducing the site foreman, who contacted me and went over the entire job to ensure we both understood what was agreed to be completed. He followed up daily on the progress and addressed all my issues immediately. The workmen were friendly and profession and left the worksite each night like they have never even been there. When the job was completed the foreman met with us to ensure we were satisfied with the job and in fact came back after hurricane Irene to ensure we did not have any issues will the roof. I would highly recommend The ROOFING company to anyone interested in replacing their roof. If the rest of their departments operate as the roofing department I will be using them again. more

The guys that came to the house to repair my roof were fantastic. They discovered a wasps nest in my attic as they were working on a vent and they were ready to crawl into the attic to take care of it. Great team. Great company. Quality all around. more

Chuck Simpson was exemplary in his explanation of the maintenance problems that I had with my roof. He carefully explained the problem and the solution, offering pictures to support his explanations. His proposal portfolio was also very professional. I expected the service to begin on a certain date. To my surprise, they were able to do the roofing repairs earlier than promised. The roofers arrived at 8:30 and were finished by 10 AM. Overall, a very positive experience with The Roofing Company. more

Nice job, nice people but I thought a bit expensive more

I would highly recommend the roofing company. They are very professional and thorough in showing exactly the repairs that are needed and how the repairs will be made. They don't wing it, they follow industry standards and maintain a high level of quality. They get the job done when they say they will, and clean up after themselves! more
