I scheduled an appointment with a salesman to come out an offer an estimate for a roofing and flashing project. While the company called to confirm the appointment the day prior to our meeting, the sales person showed up a full 45 minutes late. No apologies offered for his timing.
The salesman seemed aggitated throughout our meeting. He offered a thorough estimate with lovelympictures, though when I question some items his answers were short, and he seemed put off that I requested samples of the potential materials. I thought the estimate was on the high side, so I requested another highly reputable roofing company look at the project. This company spent far more time investigating the project (and less time taking pictures!), was familiar with the products, was happy to answer questions, and would even provide a warranty for their work!
