The estimator was concerned about the amount of removal needed to make the repair. After I expressed concern over what was described, removal and reinstallation of gutters and Gutter Helmet, the estimated time was cut in half to 4 hours. The actual time at my home was one and one-half hours and no removal of gutters was required. They do good work and the repair was very professional, though more costly than needed. more

When we found that the prior owners of our 100 year old home had covered serious roof defects with insulation, The Roofing Company came out, estimated the repair cost then discussed what we would pay for a completely new roof. The new roof, with superior shingles and a great guarantee, cost just a little more than what the repairs might have been, especially adding some important vents, etc. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone else looking at roof work or replacement. And, they are on Angie's List! more

Needed to addresses some leaking on side walls of house. Company removed siding, added insulating material, added new flashing, add water redirects for sunlights. more

Every time I called the office it would be transferred to the extension I wanted, then it would go to voicemail everytime. When I went into the office to pick up my overpayment check, the lady in the office said " Hi, nice to meet you we have spoke several times." The truth of the matter is I left several messages, but we actually only spoke once. At the end of the conversation she said she would speak with the accountant and get back to me. I never heard from her again. Two weeks later I called left a message, Mel did return my call to let me know when they would have a check ready. As well as these surveys have been addressed to Kevin Wright. Not one time did Kevin Wright have any dealing with any of this matter. I guess thats is what is called living in a "man's" world. Women who are stay at home mothers, with husbands who work all the time need to have some respect when they are the one making these decisions. Overall, I would of like to been treated less like a paycheck. Jim Hicks was very nice when I did meet with him as well as the guys who did the roof repairs. Everyone else I had dealing with I wasn't impressed and cant say I would give a recommedation. more

the edges of the roof are curling up and the edges down the lower roof don't seem to be fitted flush either. i'm concerned that this is either going to let in water..or when winds and high rain comes the water is going to get under the front tiles. the other thing that has really bothered me is that i've had flats and continue to find multiples of nails around the driveway which i've seen and picked up or i've used my magnetic stick and i've picked them up..based upon the quantity of them so far, i'm very wary about driving around the driveway! thanks. more

The cost of project was high; however I would use the company again but choose less expensive options. more
