From the beginning of the process to the end the roofing company did all they stated they would do. It started with the salesman who took me through the options and then allowed me to make a decision without pressure. They followed up with an email introducing the site foreman, who contacted me and went over the entire job to ensure we both understood what was agreed to be completed. He followed up daily on the progress and addressed all my issues immediately. The workmen were friendly and profession and left the worksite each night like they have never even been there. When the job was completed the foreman met with us to ensure we were satisfied with the job and in fact came back after hurricane Irene to ensure we did not have any issues will the roof. I would highly recommend The ROOFING company to anyone interested in replacing their roof. If the rest of their departments operate as the roofing department I will be using them again.
