Great lasers 2/3/2009

I had my bikini done in LA but did not see any results. My hair is fine and dirty blonde. With R&J, they used a laser that I had not seen anywhere else. It hurt more but gave me much better results. They also gave me various creams to soothe the area after treatment. I have seen some good amount of shedding, something that was not happening in my previous facility. I wanted to treat my upper lip but they told me that I should not treat it, as the area was quite light. I am really happy with that, because they are not wasting my time and money. I have always wondered about laser hair removal and if it would work for me. I was afraid of the pain and the cost. Once I started college, I decided it was also time to research LHR facilities in the city. After speaking to different techs and getting some outrageous cost estimates, I was about to give up. Good value 2/3/2009

I bought a package on my bikini area. The pricing quoted was in line with what everyone else was quoting but I am receiving free touch ups during my sessions. This adds up because I do not need to shave in between sessions. Also, I called the laser companies and they told me that R & J is the place to go. So here I am, a very satisfied customer. I love R&J. I am getting my face done, and its one of the hardest and most delicate areas to get laser on, yet at R&J they have done an incredible job. They are veryc lean, professional, and adef focus on providing the client the best service possible. I would recommend it to anyone. I have friends that have tried other places, and hate it.. Amazing service and results 2/3/2009

I have many blemishes on my face due to ingrowns and constant tweezing. I have used many products recommended for African Americans to no aveil. Then I met Chris from R & J. He did a free treatment on my chin and neck and after a few days I saw the real results. The area was smooth so I decided to get treated. Now, I have very little hair on my face. I started my treatment with R&J about two years ago and the results have been incredible with significantly reduced hair growth and improved skin. I recently completed my underarms treatment package and have had 2 sessions on my full bikini. I love the results and not having to shave constantly. Irina is very caring and experienced. No more hair on back, shoulders are next 2/3/2009

I have had 4 sessions so far on my back. Most of the hair is gone. Chris is working on my shoulders as they are more resilient to treatment. i think I need 2-3 more sessions. What I like about Chris is that he will not give up until he achieves results. I give him an A+ for effort and thank him from my heart. Pros: They really achieve results and do not give up. more

This is incredible 2/3/2009

I am a 26 years old from France. In my country, the laser used is different , we use mostly Diot ( I think Diode in English ) I have treated my legs and bikini but after many sessions, I still have hair. when I came to Romeo & juliette, I was advised that based on my skin tone, the treatment in France was maybe not too good. So, they used an Alexandrite laser on me ( Gentlemax ). the hairs fell out immediately and the results after just one session are incredible. I am sorry that I wasted money in France. Great service 2/3/2009

I had ingrowns on my lower legs due to excessive shaving, waxing and just picking the area. My dermatologist suggested that I try laser. I was scared since I am Hispanic and my skin is darker. However, once I did my research, I found that there are good lasers for dark skin. I called a few centers but felt good about coming to R & J. The person on the phone gave me lots of information and worked with me on the pricing. Pros: Ingrowns are gone Cons: Need more money to do other areas more

Best Full Bikini session EVER 2/3/2009

I had laser done before on my bikini at another center but the results were not good. The technician was missing areas and left patches of unevenness on the area. I had to find a place that knew what they were doing. Once I came to romeo and juliette , they fixed my problem. Jessica gave me some suggestions to fix the area. When I decided to have laser hair removal treatment I made a dedicated reserach on internet and finally decided on Romeo & Juliette. I welcomed at this place having an excellent ambience, professional staff, the most correct treatment that I feel I could have had.
