Nicest ladies around, awesome results 12/24/2006

I chose R&J from these ratings a long time ago before I moved to NY...and I'm relieved that they're all true. I seriously feel silly when I see my tech because I hardly know her but I love her for doing such a perfect job and fixing something that used to cause me so much anguish and embarrassment. And yes their entire staff is always lovely! Im def telling my friends/family. What more can one say? When I'm a scientist in 2 yrs scuba diving for research I'll so be able to take off the wetsuit on the boat and relax in a bathing suit. Incredible customer service 12/13/2006

Romeo and Juliette is fantastic. I've had terrible experiences at other salons, where a ""free consultation"" is simply a visit with a salesperson trying to see how high they can run up the bill (from spas to board certified dermatologists). At R&J they took the time to answer all of my questions, gave me a realistic idea of how much hair could be removed, and didn't pressure me at all to put down any money. Their business ethic is fantastic. I felt absolutely comfortable and well looked after. If you're at all apprehensive about getting hair removed, definitely get a consultation at R&J. Worth traveling from Europe 11/26/2006

I come to New York frequently and on one of my stays I decided to have a laser treatment. A friend of mine recommended Romeo & Juliette. During my initial consultation, I received information that was far superior and in detail than the other consultations I went to. I had never expected to receive such technical and thorough information. My best friend is going there and is very happy but I still wanted to check out other places. However, Romeo & Juliette blew past all the others. Pros: Cheerful staff, thorough, lots of lasers Cons: Appointment will make your life easy. more

Great Service, Value and Results 10/17/2006

I have been going to R & J for about 6 months and have been very pleased. I found out about it on CitySearch after I got tired of waxing and threading. Despite the few negative comments posted I decided to come anyway to decide for myself and I am very happy that I did! I have been going for laser hair removal to various facilities but my results were far from good. I discovered Romeo & Juliette through a friend of mine who has had excellent results. I have been going there for about 6 months now and most of the hair on my back is now gone. There is some left that is quite fine. Great office. Great location. However they seem to be pretty expensive compared to any other clinic in the area, and their treatments and equipment is - although good - not that different than many competitors, in some cases even older than some other clinics within the same area. Truly Amazing Customer Service 8/7/2006

I have not been to Romeo and Juliette, but I have talked to Chris, who is incredibly helpful and informative. I've been shoping around for the best quality and price for a couple of months -- a daunting task if you don't know what to look for because most places will tell you their laser's will work great on you, without even asking about your skin and hair color! I decided to go with a place in California, for logistics -- but I will definitley keep Romeo and Juliette in mind when I move permanatly to the New York area. Like I said, I've never been inside, but the phone call alone blew their competition away. Chris even invited me to call him back if I found another place and he would advise me on their lasers, which I did and he fully endorsed my pick by explaining their lasers even better than they did-- What service -- I'm not even his customer!! It seems to me they are interested in quality work and not just the money. -- Highly Recmmended! more

Money well spent! 8/2/2006

I have nothing but good things to say about this facility. I have PCOS and thought I would have to deal with unwanted hair forever. After researching and phone consultations, I was really discouraged. Right before giving up, I met with the owner of R&J. He truly made me comfortable, and worked with me so that I could comfortably afford to begin treatments while in school. Currently, I am being treated by Adena, and just like the owner and the rest of the staff, I am very pleased with her professionalism. Nothing beats being out and about while comfortable in your skin, minus the unwanted hair! Pros: beautiful area and facility, affordable! fab staff Cons: no street parking available more

Great, just great 6/15/2006

Had my bikini lasered. Betty was great. She really took her time and also gave me a price that was really unbelieveable. I also received a free cleanup but I had to sign up for a series of treatments. Since I was recommended by my friend who was quite happy, I went for it. so far, so good. Most of my hairs shed and the area is virtually without hair. I am looking forward to my second treatment. Pros: Thumbs up !!! Cons: No concerns, just overall great. more

I had only 2 treatment on my legs, result is incredible, at least half of my hair does not grow back. I strogly reccomend R&J service and quailty to everybody. They are extremely proffesional and skilled on laser hair removal. They have all different type of machines and depending on my skin color they are using different one. I have been to different places to get removed my very fine and thin hair. I was not %100 happy with results that I got. I ended up at Romeo Juliete. Now, I am very happy with the service and results and going to recommend the place to everyone who is trying to find the laser hair removal that really works! They have the the most beautiful and relaxing atmosphere and on the top of everything the most impressive outcome. The reduction in the hair growth after the very first session was amazing. This place does wonders for us women! Romeo and Juliette has made my life so much easier, especially in the summer time. No more shaving! It's great. The people are so friendly and caring. I have used laser hair removal at 4 other places before I found out romeo and juliette from a friend of mine. All my prior experiences were disasterous. I was as hairy as a bear when I came to Romeo and Juliette. I found bliss at Romeo and Juliette. I give them 10 out of 10 on every dimension you can think of: such a clean place, friendly people, expert technicians and a perfectionist owner. what else can one expect? I have come across to few other service enterprises that take care of their customers as much. Congratulations Romeo and Juliette. Unbelievable results 6/7/2006

This is unbelievable, I finished my back treatment after a few sessions. Results are incredible. I convinced my wife to go to Romeo and Juliette as she was a bit scared of Lasers. She finally started and had her bikini and legs done. Now she is the biggest proponent of Laser Hair Removal and has sent many of her friends already. By the way Romeo and Juliette is the best place to get laser hair removal done. I reccomend them wholeheartedly. Pros: Reasonable Prices, Professional Staff more

I just felt like writting this review because I feel that people should know that Romeo & Juliette is a great center. They have a very professional group of people working at the front desk and also their technicians are very skilled at what they do. I had several technicians perform treatment on different parts of my body and never had any issues.
