Just the best place ever ! 3/4/2009

You can look and look and never find such a great place. Lucky for me, everyone I know knew about R & J and sent me here. I have had a lot of hair removed. I am still a work in progress. I love the new lasers and I feel very safe at R & J. If I have any questions, the owner, Chris, still takes the time to explain things to me. He wasn't just nice when I first signed up. The great service continues now for two years. I send all who ask here to R & J. There is no one like them out there ! Am I Happy ? Let me tell you ! 3/4/2009

I really don't like strangers touching my body. But there are services one needs, and this is a necessary evil. I have to say that the technicians at R & J, as well as the owner, are very respectful people. I do not feel as though I have just exposed myself to starngers. I feel as though I am coming home, to lovely friends who are helping me look wonderful and groomed. Hair removal is very personal stuff, and it is so noce to have such a professional, clean and respectful service here in the city ! Pros: great all around Cons: sorry none more

Remember cousin IT on the Monsters ? My mom and dad created the hairiest person alive. No joke. I used to get teased about being the ""female missing link"", low forhead, sideburns, hairy chin and upper lip....I went for electrolysis for years, but that costs an arma nd a leg....Now I can afford the treatments and have the hope to one day see the day when I will not have to deal with soooo much hair.There is no pain, and it seems to be moving along very fast. Shy, but Happy 3/4/2009

I am a little shy about recommendiing such personal services, but being Oriental with coarse hair and needing a discreet, respectful polite place to be able to go to, my friends told me I should share my experience with others who need this service. I am Central Asian, traditional and very shy. Romeo and Juliette personnel were very delicate and kind. They helped me with the idea of treating intimate areas for hair removal. I never knew it could happen.... 3/4/2009

Everyopne always said you had to have dark hair for a laser to work ! WRONG ! I called all over and that was what I was told. Then I had the good fortune to talk to Chris, the owner of R & J, and he explained that there are lasers that will work for me, but he wanted to see me first to make sure. Well, sure enough, they do work on me, and I don't plan on shaving, waxing, plucking or any other medieval hair removal EVER again. Are those eyebrows or wings ? 3/4/2009

I used to get teased about my eyebrows. My Dad had them too, so I guess I come by them honestly. My girlfriend used to pluck them, but what tearing that caused and then it would hurt. You can't love someone who is ripping your eyebrows out, or shaving them -- all we didn't do was braid them. Anyway, my girlfriend found R & J and between having the "" extras"" lazered, and the remaining ones "" groomed"" I no longer look like I am about to fly away on my eyebrows. Oh, and did I mention that there was NO PAIN involved ? What a relief. And you wanna know if I recommend R & J--what do you think ? Pros: Pain free Cons: cannt figure even one more

My girlfriend is real sweet, but used to be a little too hairy. Well, at least I was honest and suggested we do something for it. Turns out she felt the same way about me, so hey , now we both come in and get our treatment. And its a treat. She is smooth and silky and she tells me she likes the hair on my head, where it belongs ! They gave us a nice price and we go out to eat after our spa treatment each time ! Beauty costs. We all know that. But some places, like R & J,offer excellent value. You know what you will get and what it will cost you and you can budget. Hey, life is short and I don't want to look great and have no money to go anywhere. Did I say I look great ? Heck yes ! As a veteran of the hair wars, I am here to tell one and all---YOU HAVE To TRY R & J !The location is dynamite, the techs are real good, and the prices are in line or better. AND-- they give you a plan, they tell you approximately how long it will take, how many sessions, how it will look, how you will feel, and they are on the money ! Free ,Free, hair free at last ! 3/4/2009

I have had years of teasing and torture because of my hairy back. When my tean age sister started waxing, I begged her to help me...that was a painful proposition..so I nearly gave up I saw an ad for Romeo and Juliette and called. I got Chris on the phone who told me to come in and have a look and talk about a game plan. Well six months later, we are almost there...less hair than ever is re-emerging and I am free at last from this scourge. I realize that I will have to come in now and again for a touch up or two, but no more jungle !! Free at last !! Pros: Freedom Cons: Little but of pain, but worth it more

Good idea for guys ! 3/4/2009

My dark beard, I am told, is supposedly cool, but shaving my neck causesd me a lot of irritation. My sister went to R & J and she told me about how well she was treated and how men and women go. So, I decided to check it out. I was a little nervous, but after talking to Chris, who assurred me that there are a lot of men who are treating their necks for hair, and that they prefer to not have to shave their necks all the time. I decided to go for it. And honestly I have had 5 sessions, and the hair is coming in softer and lesser and lesser. I see where I may soon not have to bother with the inconvenience and the pain of shaving my neck. Hey guys, this is a really good idea, I recommend it ! Pros: no more neck cuts Cons: Not here ! more

My problem solved 3/4/2009

I have been trying to get rid of curly ingrown hairs that occurred when I got my hair trimmed and they shaved the back of my neck. Several places offered to help, but the lasers burned me. I was going to give up, but another Afrikan friend of mine recommended R & J, and I am so happy. Now, I have no more this problem and no more curly ingrown hairs that cause so much pain too. What a relief ! Finally, a spa type service with great technicians, lovely space, honest pricing and no stress. I have been to maybe five other places and either they had a bad day, or their machines were down, or they did not honor the pricing....always some baloney ! Good for my skin type 3/4/2009

My girlfriends and I are a close group of ladies of Indian origin. Our skin, while pigmented is sensiive and cannot tolerate harsh chemicals. We found that Romeo and Juliet has the best lasers for our skin type and there are six of us using this facility and we are very very happy with the results. We also like very much the courteous and kind treatment we recieve from the owners, who are extremely gracious and knowledgable. Honest and caring people 3/4/2009

I shopped around for a good place. Some of the ""popular ones"" said bad things about the others. This was a real turn off. When I called R & J, they talked only about what they offered, they did not compare themselves to others, nor did they say anything negative about the competition. So, I came in and had a look. The receptionist was very friendly, the owner very infomative and professional. I signed up right away and found the techs very careful and kind. This place is so good, they don't need to say the negative things lesser places feel the need to do. I recommend them highly, for honesty and integrity. And they are not expensive either ! Smooth at last ! 3/4/2009

I work in finance,but relax as a volleyball player on weekends. My team is co-ed and the last thing I enjoyed doing was shaving every Saturday morning before we played together. I spoke to several places and found the best info from Romeo and Juliette. I found the price to be excellent for the number of sessions and the appointments could be after work. So, here I am with smooth legs, no shaving on Saturdays at the break of dawn. No nicks and no cuts and no hairy legs ! We are moving on to more discreet areas next. more

Amazing results 3/3/2009

I love tanning yet I do not want to have bikini hair. A difficult task but R & J rose to the occasion. They treated me with 4 different lasers at 6 week intervals. After 5 sessions, the area is virtually hair free. During one treatment, they actually treated me with 3 different lasers because they wanted to give me instant results as I was going away on vacation. No more plucking my chin 3/3/2009

I used to pluck my skin and create blemishes. After one session, the hair is reduced dramatically and all the blemishes got less. I do not need to use lots of make up any more. I go to them once every 5 weeks and the area stays hair free for usually the full period. I am starting on my upper lip next week. Bikini is next. Pros: No plucking more
