No more waxing my chin 8/18/2008

I am from Suriname and was scared of getting treated anywhere. After extensive research, I chose Romeo & Juliette because my endocrinologist was actually trained there. Chris looked at my chin and used something that was very strong. It did hurt but within a few minutes the pain was gone. I like the service. They really take care of your needs and they listen to you. When I had an issue with some hair not falling out from my abdomen, I spoke to Chris, and he took care of it immediately. I thank my friend who recommended me to this center on a daily basis. Being hairless is a great thing 8/18/2008

I have been shaving all my life, occasionally waxing. The reason why I chose to go to Romeo and Juliete is because they specialized in hair removal. That's all they do. I know now why people are choosing this place. Because they are assesing your skin very carefully and giving the treatment accordingly. I would never think of doing laser during the summer as I would be concerned about hurting my skin. However I found out that this was not true. Now I know that there is a differrent machine for that purpose. My tech explained everything in detail during the consultation. She was informative and patient with me. I highly recommend this place. This is one of the best investment decisions in my life. I came to Romeo & Juliete through a friend. I had my first treatment for my legs and bikini back in June and a touch up in mid - June . I have been so comfortable this whole summer thanks to Romeo and Juliete's outstanding treatment. I am going to my second session today after almost 2 months. I am so happy with my decision about choosing Romeo and Juliete. Very professional and friendly staff, beautiful atmosphere and outstanding results...I highly recommend them. Back treatment 8/16/2008

Waxing was my only alternative until I found out about laser through a friend of mine. I used to break out terribly and could not handle it. Once I started at R & J , my skin condition improved and my hair got way thinner. After only three sessions I am able to take my shirt off without getting embarrassed. They used different lasers on me each time , as I was tanned during my last session. I could not see the settings but the name of the laser was GENTLEMAX. I am so thrilled 8/16/2008

Just came back from my first treatment at Romeo & Juliet. I am very excited. I treated my bikini and underarms. I was going to do bikini line but changed my mind and did the Brazilian one instead. It hurt a bit but the technician who treated me was very gentle. The laser was spewing a burst of cold water or something during the treatment. It kind of took the pain away. The whole treatment for both areas took less than 30 minutes. My underarms are slightly red but with no hair. I can not wait to go back again. Best hair removal 8/16/2008

Do your research and read the polls. RNJ is the best and most advanced Laser treatment hair removal around. They are always updating their state of the art lasers which the staff will explain the differences between them as well. I have gotten my face done and have had the best results I could imagine. Within 6 mos my facial hair is exactly what I wanted, a light beard. The owner even stays late when I am stuck in traffic driving into the city. The service matches the results here. They will do their best to squeeze you in when they are booked for 2 months solid and the prices is not only fair but is great. I first started going to a well known plastic surgeon in NJ and he charged 4 times the amount and left me patchy and offered no touch ups between treatments. I had to walk around with embarrasing patches of hair on my face. I found RNJ by reading and research where I found that they were ranked number 1 in 3 different polls. They truly are experts. From my first visit the owner Chris said I would never have to walk around with the patches on my face again. As someone who often compares pricing ALONG with atmosphere, Romeo and Juliette Laser was exceptional!!! From their lovely front of house staff, who were so polite and courteous, to their amazingly knowledgeable Laser Technicians. They really surpass any other Laser hair removal spot. Best laser hair removal facility hands down 8/16/2008

I have been shopping around for pricing and service based on the reviews on Citysearch. I must say, Romeo & Juliette was the only facility that impressed me. The place was super clean, very busy, many technicians but what really impressed me was the amount of lasers they had. I called three laser manufacturers and they all told me to go to Romeo & Juliette in New York. My friend had her legs and bikini treated there with amazing results. I have mixed thoughts 8/1/2008

I went to Romeo and Juliette from reading a lot of reviews. My first impression was nice location and space for a laser spa. Waiting room is spacious and lots of magazines to search through. Reasons I didn't buy from this place is because the technician consulted me in the room with the machines on and I couldn't hear or understand her and she knew it because I had to ask her to repeat herself. When I was hesitant to buy she brings in the owner and he introduces himself. I felt a little pressured, it seemed like that was there procedure. As soon as I said I want to think about it she gets up and leaves to bring him back. Nice guy but I didn't like the approach, didn't seem personalized. Pros: Nice Location Cons: Not personalized more
