Menapause Relief 3/14/2009

No one told us ladies that with menapause came whiskers. Stubborn, hard and impossible whiskers. Combined with dry skin ! I was faced with mission imppossible. I am a professional and cannot show up with a moustache nor can my face look like a singed battlezone. Luckily, I was recommended to R & J. Oh, they solved the problem with no tell tale signs that I was ever growing a small forest on my upper lip. The treatment is almost painless and so effective, I recommend them with all my heart. Professional 3/14/2009

I just finished dental school and was interviewing with several dental offices. One of them commented that i might want to have the hair on my hands removed. I never thought about it, but realized that people look at a dentists hands and hair can be a turn off. I did not want to be ridiculed, so I called around. I was lucky to get the owner, Chris, on the phone and he explained a lot to me. He was very courteous and it felt good as a man to be talking to a man about hair removal. Smooth and Silky 3/14/2009

I was getting ready for a photo shoot and had to have a quick and expert hair removal session. No one had the time to squeeze me in, nor were they too accomodating. I called R & J because one of my friends had a great experience with them. Sure enough, they took me in on a Sunday and did a super job. I looked fab for my photo shoot ! I looked high and low for an efficient and economical solution to my hair removal issues. R & J has the program I need, and it's at a price point I can live with. Its so easy and pleasant 3/6/2009

After so many years of battling with the underarms and the legs and the bikini area, with waxes, and cremes and razors....you reach a point where you just want to give it up. Luckily, YOU CAN !! I never knew it would be so easy to do this, but after a lot of research and calling around, I liked what I read as recommendations and I liked the cost too. So here I am ! I have thrown away the razors, ditched the creams, and wax no more. I have so much room in my cabinets, and the loveliest hair free legs, arms and bikini ! So easy! Why did I suffer for so long ?? Tired of Shaving 3/6/2009

I am of Middle Eastern origin and have much body hair. Shaving was the way my sisters and I would take care of this problem, but it made skin very rough and had to be done almost every day. I came first to Romeo and Juliette and then my sisters came too. We are all very happy. No more shaving and we also got to give up plucking our upper lips. Our skin is happy and so are we. We also love the way we are greeted so friendly by everyone when we come for our treatments. Pros: Very good treatments more

I'm a busy guy and don'y like waiting for appointments. Romeo's is close to my job, easy to get to, and has the best lasers I've seen. You make a plan, you follow it, you get good results. No nonsense. People there are friendly but professional. It's a place where they take the customer seriously and show with great service. more

New Machines 3/5/2009

This is a great place to get treated/ The location is convenient, the people are great, reasonable costs....but the fact that they have the latest equipment is what I am interested in. I know that the machines are new and well serviced. This makes me not worry. I also like not having to wait, because they don't overbook people. I like a spa that respects my time also. Tanning is ok too ! 3/5/2009

I want to have a smooth body and I want to tan. I was told the two were incompatible . Then I called all over and my hairdresser recommended R & J. Now I can have my cake and eat it too. They have the lasers that let you tan and get treated. But now in Winter I am taking care of as much as I can anyway, because I am sick of the snow and I am off to Aruba next month ! I love the way my body is becoming more and more hairless, and with no worries. Pros: Good lasers, they know their stuff Cons: not yet more

Waxing is History 3/5/2009

So, waxing is now history. I have been waxing since I was sixteen. Almost 20 years later I find out there is a better way. Girls ! Pay attention ! This is the way to go/ Now I am done with the legs, I am going to take care of the bikini and I can't wait for Summer. I should have a lot done by then. Ladies ! Don't think twice ! And, if you are worried about pain, don't, I used to take 2 Tylenols when I went for a waxing and it hardly made a difference. Here I do the same and it does.I hardly feel a thing ! Don't trade safety for Convenience 3/5/2009

I have been coming to Romeo and Juliette for three tears now and would neve change. I stopped a year ago and tried a place closer to my home.This was a mistake. They ended up causing burns on my legs and I regretted going to a different laser place. I mistook all laser places for the same. It's not true. Now, I am back at R & J and I know from experience that it's worth the distance I have to travel to get here. Pros: good knowledge of skin and right machine to use Cons: not close to my house more

This is one super place. It's bright, cheerful, well staffed. They take good care of you. You don't have to wait for hours and hours. The machines are new and you feel safe because the people working them know a lot about skin. I asked a lot of questions and expected some quick short answer. I got details. If I didn't understand, I asked again and got real good explanations. I like that you get the time and you can tell that they know their stuff. Your body as a temple 3/4/2009

Your body as a temple is an old concept, but some of us ""earthy crunchy"" types still like modern facilities and the most convenient forms of body care. My sister and I run a textile and fiber business and our sense of touch is very acute. We both like to have smooth bodies and waxing was allways the best way. That was once upon a time, because you had yto wait for unsightly growth to be able to wax again.R & J's lasers are top of the line, and they will eventually zap off all the hairs and the ones that do come back are few and far between. I like explanations 3/4/2009

I like to know what is being done and why. I ask a lot of questions. Before coming to R & J, I called and asked other places about their machines and their procedures. They all acted as though they were giving away state secrets. I was put off by the lack of information. When I called R & J, I got a lot of information. The person I spoke to, Chris, turned out to be the owner and I was delighted that he knew so much about hair removal, and was on site. Some of the other places hire people who do not have a proprietary approach, knowledge or patience. I am very happy with my decision to use the services of R & J ! I know a lot of my lady friends who like this quality in a business, so I recommend them all the time. Pros: Knowledgable, hands on, great results Cons: No more

My problem taken care of professionally 3/4/2009

I trouble shoot peoples accounts for a living and sure like it when someone else can shoot down my problems. Hairy problems blasted away. That's the greatest. I have had five sessions so far and am real happy with the progress on my arms and back. One less thing for me to think about. I get to turn it over to the professionals at R & J and I am done. I like that the techs seem to figure you out and if you don't want to talk, no one is jabbering. They take their job seriously. I should hope so, these are lasers after all ! Why wax ? 3/4/2009

I have been waxing my legs and bikini area for the longest ever. I was a prisoner until I discovered laser and Romeo & Juliette. It has been three months since my treatments began and the results are better than I thought. My bikini has only a few hairs here and there and my lower legs look great. My upper legs need more treatments but I am only through a third of my package. more

This is a lovely spa and the treatment I have gotten since coming here for three years has always been exceptional. The equipment is always serviced, the technicians are always nice and professional.
