Chin treatment like no other 2/17/2009

I used to have a few chin hairs. After 30, I started tweezing and I got more hairs. I also got scarring from constant pulling the hairs out. Laser treatments really helped. After two sessions, most of the hairs are gone and some of my scars got better. The area is really very soft. They delivered on their promise and I could not be happier. Great Service, Good Results and Competitive Prices 2/8/2009

I first tried having my arms done by a private individual and was not seeing results--plus, she charged me almost twice as much as the prices at Romeo & Juliet! So, I decided to try Romeo & Juliet's after reading great reviews. While I won't be a full believer until the treatment is complete and I see that the results last, after three treatments I was definitely seeing a big reduction in return hair growth. The service is excellent, and the prices are great, so I highly recommend this place! more

my daughter is ready for the wedding! 2/6/2009

Congratulations R&J!As a mom,it has been a disaster for me to get ready for the big day!I had to take care of millions of details all alone for she was so excited.Not only took care of tons of things,I had to calm her down also.Being esp a single mom is not easy.Wish her father was with us!My daughter has a pure complexion even now,all her in-growns have gone,and just wore the dress.I am thinking of doing the same thing for me.R&J really helped us with the appointments also since the big day was coming.Very hygiene,very warm atmosphere.You guys made our day!thank you... more

HAIRLESS FOR THE BEST PRICE! 2/5/2009

I am a person always curious about the new technology because you never know what's going to happen after 10 years.As an asian person,I really suffered a lot till I started searching about the options other than waxing.Some of my friends had done the laser-hair-removal 'thing' but I never had the passion for that.One of my friend's husband works for FDA and that was the first time that I had symphaty for laser-hair-removal.He said that the machines are approved by FDA,but the technician who uses this is as important as the machine's quality.Looking for a good place,I found that R&J has won the 'best laser center' in the city.Still had questions,because you never know!Just walked in without any reccomendation from somebody.But God!I 'was' really surprised at how they greeted me as if I have been their customer for many years!They even didn't know why I was there!Could be anything!Surprisingly a young lady welcomed me with a big smile. I started asking questions and telling about my concerns,and she talked to me for 1 hour! Honestly,I would never do that.I know I am not an easy person but like everybody else,I am looking for 'trust'.I was in the laser room after 1,5 hours and I would never think that the prices could be that reasonable based on what you are getting back!Get-rid-of all your hair.This is my 4th session and already %60 of my hairs are gone.You're great!Keep giving us the best of what we need. I've had such trouble finding a professional and convenient hair removal place in the NY area until I found R&J. I cannot tell you how much happier I am with my results. They are not only successful in removing my embarrassing hair issue but also very pleasant and helpful in regards of scheduling my time within my busy program. They are very professional, caring and the place is clean, sanitized (which is very important for me) and elegant. You feel like you walk into a spa; very soothing. The owner Chris is always on top of his business which makes the place very reliable (after having some very unwanted experiences with some other hair ramoval places in the area) . Professional, Hygenic and Effective Hair Removal 2/4/2009

I work for a dermatologist and have referred many of our patients to R & J. They have seen great results. I have also personally used R & J and am able to speak with conviction about how good they are. The owner/managers are on site, their staff is well trained. It is clean and bright and well located. None of our patients have ever complained about anything, on the contrary they are pleased to have gotten such a good refferral. Best Place & Best Service & Unbelievable Attention 2/4/2009

Every time I enter to R&J I receive a very warm welcome. They are very careful with the details, very clean and very hygienic. During the removal process, they communicate perfectly with you asking if you are ready or not. One of the rare businesses in City who listens the customers and respects. They are very carefully with the process. Last week I saw them installing new machines. This shows that they are investing more in their business. The workers as well have always warm welcome. I wished I had more time to stay longer each time I visit them. Thank you Chris and Ulya for being very careful with your clients. Experts 2/4/2009

I am in the service industry and am very picky. My time is also limited, and I am only off on Sundays. I really like the fact that R & J is open on Sundays and that they do not make you wait like other places. Their service is expert and very very clean. They have really new machines, so you don't worry about anything. The people workling there are friendly and really positive. Truthful Advertizing 2/4/2009

You often don't get what is advertized, anymore. Not so at Romeo & Julliette Laser Hair Removal. I called a few weeks ago, got a lot of information upfront. They set up an appointment right away, after answering all my questions. I got my treatment without waiting for hours. The center was clean, spotless in fact. The personnel was friendly but also professional. The decor was also nice and unique. The treatment was painless. No More Bearded Lady 2/4/2009

I was getting by just fine, pretending everything was ok, until a little girl at the park, sitting with her mother next to me said. "" Mommy, look a bearded lady !"".Well- that did it.!! I thought I was too old for vanity, but being called a ""bearded lady ""was too much, even for me. I was a little shy, at my age, to ask around, so I called a few places on the phone. Most gave me a rushed reply and did not want to take the time to explain anything, they just wanted me to come in. When I spoke to Chris, he gave me in depth explanations about procedure, expected results, skin concerns and also cost. I liked his manner so well, I made an appointment right away. No Pain ! Lotsa gain ! 2/4/2009

Who ever said "" No pain, no gain !"" was wrong ! I have been going to R & J on and off for six months ( Lots of hair to deal with) and I have had no pain or discomfort. My hair is dirty blond and a few places said it couldn't be treated. Well, they were wrong about that too. Chris, the owner, has worked on my face, and I have never felt anything. I guess the specialized lasers are what make the difference. I can recommend R & J unequivacably to all those gals who thought their hair was too light for laser treatment and who have resigned themselves. Give it a shot, you will be pleasantly surprised ! You can take your teens here ! 2/4/2009

We were getting ready for my daughter's bat mitzvah a few months ago, and she was very self conscious about her "" sideburns"", which frankly crawled down her cheeks. My husband's side of the family is a bit hairy and unfortunately my daughter got the hair as well as the brains from her dad. I asked around about what to do, and was recommended to go to R & J. I spoke with Chris, who reassured me and told me to come in for a consultation. He spent a lot of time with me and my daughter and we decided to get the treatments. Best in New York City 2/4/2009

I am a part-time body builder and like to have smooth skin when I compete. A hairy body does not look good oiled down and hair distracts from the fine definition I am working to acheieve. I tried a bunch of places and my skin was irritated and I had like a sunburn. When some friends talked about how happy they were at R & J, I thought I would try them out. I have been very satisfied with the results. Every area treated so far has remained smooth, and I am getting a smooth body bit by bit. Chris is very hands on, and knows his stuff and understands skin types well. I have had no negatives and am excited about the rest of my treatments. You can't find a better place, trust me ! Corse Hair a Curse No More 2/4/2009

Bikini waxing has been a torture I endured for years and years. My hair has the coarseness of Brillo and each treatment with the wax, would leave me scalded and seared and I would have to apply cold compresses. My brother had been to R & J and he recommended them to me. I was concerned about the cost, but when I calculated the seances and the dollars for each, there was no contest with other places. I also like the atmosphere and the very friendly girls at the facility. Every treatment felt like a treat and I had no negative results, no burning or anything. Laser away your woes ! 2/4/2009

I am of Middle Eastern heritage, a middle aged female, with olive skin and an unfortunately low forehead. Because I wear glasses my face seems to disappear. I tried electrolysis to raise my forhead but the pain was unbearable. One of my girlfriends had seen an ad for Romeo and Juliette and thought that they might be able to help me. We made an appointment and spoke with Chris, the owner. He reassured me that there would be no pain and that the lasers he had were effective and of the latest vintage. I was fearful anyway, but am extremely pleased to report that my hairline is going up in incriments and I shall soon have a good sized forhead. I am a professional female impersonator. Hairiness is anathema in my profession. Preparation for my shows always included a quick and sometimes dry shave. Need I say more ! One of my good friends had gone to Romeo and Juliette and told me about how happy he was. I decided to check them out and was touched by the courteous treatment I got.
