I came in with a very difficult situation and I was very apprehensive about making a purchase under the circumstances. I was treated extremely well by Mike Perez and Dave Garcia. When I made the decision to purchase my prius 2. They turned me over to finance department where I was treated with the most excellent service I have ever received. I left with my Prius feeling confident I had made the right decision. more

Absolutely GREAT! I am a repeat customer and my previous experience when I bought my certified used '05 Camry (that I just traded) has definitely been exceeded by my experience with my recent purchase of my 2012 RAV4.\r All the people who assisted me, MOST ESPECIALLY ED SPIESS was wonderful. In fact, ED SPIESS continues to provide me EXCELLENT assistance whenever I have a question. He always makes it a point I get the answer and the car service that I need.\r May I mention, Frank Vitaro from the Service Department whom I've known since 2005 when I had my 1996 Camry, to my surprised, still remembers me. He was very nice when I saw him and briefly chatted with him last Monday, when I took my RAV4 to get the rubber molding of the windows fixed. He even gave me his calling card and told me if there's anything I need to get done for my RAV4, I can always give him a call.\r Can I make a note that this two people ED SPIESS and FRANK VITARO are absolutely an excellent asset to Right Toyota. more

We arrived at the dealership and were immediately greeted by Chad Evett. He turned out to be very likable and knowledgeable about the vehicles. He took us to the vehicle we wanted to see (Prius 3), provided a relaxed test drive and did a great job overall. I'm sorry we caused him to work overtime to deliver our car. He is a winner and you should keep him. We did price negotiations with a second gentleman whose name I didn't catch. He was also effective and likable. And...best of all....the car is great; we both like it a lot. Thanks more
