Ryan did a great job setting up the transaction/sale however we felt there was little or no communication when we signed the final paper work at the finance office. These add ons were never discussed. We would have appreciated this information up front.\r It would have made our experience a lot better. We wanted complete transparency with no surprises. Both men did a great job but seemed to have no communication with each other.\r We learned something also. more

Once I decided to lease a new vehicle, I called Bill D'Apuzzo at Motorcar Consultants and explained my needs and wants. I also told him I was interested in either a Ford Fusion or a Chevy Cruze. Bill said he would begin working on it and get back to me. When he called the next morning, he asked if I would consider other makes. I said yes, and asked what he would recommend. He told me about the Camry, and said he had an outstanding relationship with Right Toyota. I went on line to look at Right Toyota's customer reviews and was very impressed by what your customers had to say about your dealership and your people. Between Bill's recommendation and your customer reviews, plus the research I did on the Camry (Hybrid, in particular), I was convinced that this would be a good choice. I then exchanged emails and had a phone conversation with Brian Koepke (Bill had left for a long weekend). We scheduled a test drive for the next morning (Saturday), and I was extremely pleased with that total experience. I spoke with Bill Monday morning and asked him to proceed. All in all, the entire transaction was very easy and pleasant - and the bottom line price fit within my budget. more

after having spent a whole day looking at different dealerships throughout the valley our last stop was going to be a drive through your parking lot just to see what you had available and even if anyone would come out to talk to us on a 108 degree day (you'd be surprised how many places don't bother to say hello when it means leaving the a/c). \r we were pleasantly surprised to see you had the fj cruiser trd edition we had been searching for and beyond thrilled to have tom come right out and talk to us without being arrogant or complaining of the heat. we test drove the vehicle to be sure it is what we wanted and we were ready to trade right away. your staff was very thorough and friendly and we were so happy to have our transaction be so quick(we have spent hours at a dealership before o 1.5 hours was awesome). although we are no longer in the market for another car currently we will recommend right toyota to others we know in the market and are pleased to be 4 time toytoa owners. thanks again for a great expereince more

Our first car that isn't American! It was smooth from start to finish! Mark took his time to show us all of our vehicle choices that would fit my tall family. He continued by giving us the choice after being able to see what our monthly payment would be for the vehicles we were considering. Once we made our selection, we were taken to the Scion XBs on the lot & told to pick the one we wanted! more

It was completely outstanding. Our sales consultant Aziz was helpful, direct, honest, and funny. He was friendly and respectful with my wife and daughter, and easy to work with. Then, we were able to work through the process quickly, and wound up in the finance office with Chris, who did our paperwork in record time. We got an excellent car for a reasonable price, and got fair value for our trade-in. All told, it was a 5 out of 5. more
