Aziz was a great salesmen to me and my family when we were looking at cars. He was very respectful, knowledgeable and most importantly, not pushy and overbearing like most car salesmen are. Love working with salesperson, Isaac M. He was great through the whole experience. I appreciated that everyone went out of their way to try to make the deal happen. It was late when I left the dealership and I wasn't pleased to see that my car wasn't detailed very well especially the windows, water spots, film on inside surfaces, dash dusty & dirty spots. Discussed this with Isaac and will bring it back this week for a complete detailing. more

Our experience at Right Toyota is the best we ever had when dealing with a dealership. It turned out to be a wonderful visit and we even enjoyed it. The employees there should all be congratulated for having positive attitudes and caring concerns with their customers. I dealt with Bruce, Jim, Fabio, Andrew and Tracy. Also the two gentlemen in the Parts Dept. All are assets to your organization. I know that if I have any problems I wilI be provided with any and all corrective actions. more

A.J. & Andy treated us with respect & were patient in teaching us about leasing a vehicle. They spent extended time finding the right financial arrangements that would work for us. I was nervous at first, but it actually became a fun experience. Bryan Kupke was extremely helpful and professional. I never felt I was out of the loop regarding information about every car I looked at. In the end I feel the decision I made was mine and very very pleased with the Camry I chose. Service manager that helped me did not do his job. Recommended service at extravagant prices and didn't bother to look at what needed to be done and the extent of the damage. \r However, Mike at the Parts counter was amazing. Not only informative, but went way out of his way to get me the right parts and even came out and gave me a hand to figure out what I needed. Was polite, helpful and informed. PROMOTE HIM! more

I found the Sales staff, in particular Ed Seiss(sic.) to be extremely knowledgeable. He walked both my wife and I through our vehicles and assured us that he would always be available to help us with any issue. This morning, 1/25, he drove me home from the dealership and then helped me link my garage door opener to the 4-Runner. more
