Absolutely GREAT! I am a repeat customer and my previous experience when I bought my certified used '05 Camry (that I just traded) has definitely been exceeded by my experience with my recent purchase of my 2012 RAV4.\r
All the people who assisted me, MOST ESPECIALLY ED SPIESS was wonderful. In fact, ED SPIESS continues to provide me EXCELLENT assistance whenever I have a question. He always makes it a point I get the answer and the car service that I need.\r
May I mention, Frank Vitaro from the Service Department whom I've known since 2005 when I had my 1996 Camry, to my surprised, still remembers me. He was very nice when I saw him and briefly chatted with him last Monday, when I took my RAV4 to get the rubber molding of the windows fixed. He even gave me his calling card and told me if there's anything I need to get done for my RAV4, I can always give him a call.\r
Can I make a note that this two people ED SPIESS and FRANK VITARO are absolutely an excellent asset to Right Toyota.
