I have bought 15 New Toyotas over the years in California, Nevada, and Arizona. Right Toyota was the absolute worst. Check you paint, scratches and dents. You have to argue with them to get a product that is new. they are rude, don't follow through with what they say they are going to do, and do terrible work. They had my New Venza for 9 of the first 12 days I had it. They keep passing the buck to somebody else. Nobody returns your calls. I bought my Toyota at 9 in the night, drove it home, and the next day I noticed hail damage, (dents) on my roof, scratches in the pain, tear on the window moulding and had to argue to get them fixed. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else, you will save yourself a lot of stress!!!!
