Went to couple of dealerships in the town, but got same usual run around. But at Right Toyota, everything was very professional, fast and friendly. Awesome I love them!!! I purchased a new 4runner from them and it was a great experience. I delt with several of their employees and everyone of them were professional. They asked question about my wants and needs and to my surprise met all my exspectations. I am so happy with them and my new Toyota. Great place to buy, if you try them out you won't be disappointed I promise. more

I love the Dealership, the people are great, let's talk service. I have worked with Frank for years, he understands my needs, I am a Realtor, when I arrive he's certain to get me out quickly.I have leased and purchased car's as well as my last SUV Highlander. Right down to the cashier their personal attention and kindness is important to them. They have been for me a quality act, being in the people business I rate them a 5. more

Jeff was so extremely helpful. My husband and I had an awful experience at another dealership the day before purchasing our Camry. Jeff was very to the point, he let us drive the cars we were interested in, gave us his honest opinion on what he would do (which wasn't the more expensive choice), he helped us in every way. He even ordered us lunch! Jaime in financing is also amazing! He was able to wok some numbers around, get the price down on the car and warranty and get my interest rate lowered saving us $60 a month on our payment! more

Right Toyota is amazing. They’ve got extremely fuel efficient vehicles to cars with a little more muscle. Everything you would like to buy is here. There used car selection is very vast. more

I was treated well 7/6/2010

There no problems at all. We’re explained the finances. Everything about the car shown around the car, we didn’t actually test drive the car because my daughter has a prius already and I knew all about it so I was quit happy. And being able to pay cash cut down all the paper work and so very happy with the transaction. I was treated well, I think Bill Harris who talked me through everything and showed me the car eventually and patted my back and sent me on my way. The product selection was excellent and all the colors were available and we were shown all the extras in which we could have and we were very happy with our whole transaction. more

Right Toyota is Wrong Wrong Wrong 3/28/2010

BEWARE...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, ANYWHERE ELSE !!!\r The folks at Right Toyota sold us a vehicle that, unknown to us, had been used in a very rough manner by the previous owner. At the time of purchase we were assured that the vehicle (4-Runner...$24,000!!!...14,000 mi) had been carefully inspected and was in excellent condition. The problems, which became apparent within a couple of months, included the steering system, suspension and O2 sensors required multiple trips to diagnose and repair. The staff was unhelpful and unwilling to accept any responsibility for selling a trashed vehicle. They implausibly deny any knowledge of the vehicles poor condition and acted annoyed that we asked them to act with some integrity and offer some sort of recompense (repair or fair trade deal). Need a Scion? This is the place to go. 5/3/2006

We bought our Scion xB from Brian Koepke in the Internet/Fleet at Right Toyota. The whole process was great, it was the least stressful car transaction I have ever had. Please note that this may be limited to Scion purchases, as they have set pricing so there is not a lot of flexibility on the deal. Even so, these guys were soooo much better than Bell Road Toyota (they were awful). Highly recommended. Pros: Taxes in Scts lower, Low pressure on Scion, Nice staff more
